For years we’ve used food logs based on antiquated data. You eat, you log your food and you get data in the form of numbers representing your nutrition. But what do we do with this information? How does it relate to your performance? Are these guidelines even accurate given your physiology and your goals?

Our (Re)FÜL platform looks to answer these questions with the very first proactive, performance-based nutrition application. Our platform helps to close the food and performance feedback loop. This simply means we can look at real world, real time performance mectrics and measure them against the food you consume. This allows the user to know exactly what amount and what type of food to consume for optimal health and performance.

The (Re)FÜL proactive platform has two key components:

  • Proactive Nutrition Planner - Plan your nutrition in advance by looking at key metrics such as physiology, goal and daily training volume to plan your individual nutrition. No more guessing or earning calories through exercise.

  • Garmin Application -  Set fueling and hydation alerts based on your specific needs. You can choose to refuel by time or energy burned.

Over the coming weeks and months we have some cool updates and features for the application that will help to further set us apart from traditional nutrition logs.

Proactive Nutrition Planner:

  • Training & Race Day nutrition based on physiology and event
  • Nutritional guidelines based on physiology
  • Meal planning capability – meals populated into your plan based on training volume. No more worrying about logging food, or meeting macro and micro requirements.

Garmin App:

  • Tells user what to consume based on effort
  • Monitors performance to alert user when they may be dehydrated
  • Monitors performance to alert user when they may bonk
  • Analyzes real world performance data based on nutritional intake

Right now we are offering early access to our (Re)FÜL proactive platform through our Nutrition Nation program.
